Democratic NJ State Sen. Jeff Van Drew has ruled out a challenge to Republican Rep. Frank LoBiondo in November [link].
With Van Drew out, and LoBiondo’s popularity as high as ever, NJ-02 is guaranteed a Republican win again. CNN can project that right now.
